The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, with well-kept lawns sprinkled with colorful plants. The eye-catching glass façade makes it possible for the outside to seamlessly enter the interior. Here, the soft mist that blows by the windows defines the mornings.
Golden sunlight streams through the glass as the day goes on, adding to the peaceful allure of the house. Every nook seems to have been carefully planned to foster a connection with the natural world. The serene environment provides a feeling of seclusion and privacy.

The road leading up to the villa is steep, though cars do go up. If shuttle service is required, the same can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Please note that guests will have to climb approximately 35 steps from the parking space to reach the main villa.

Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.

All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted

We does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.

In case you would like to host an event at the Property, we will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.

Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
