The Chettinad Bungalow transports visitors to a bygone era with its heritage architecture, antique furnishings, and rustic charm, offering a soulful and immersive experience.

The fireplace in the living area of Unit 2 is not accessible.

ln case of power outage, the DG can support basic amenities like lights and fans for up to 6 hours.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available at all times.

Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

All rates are on a per-person, per day basis.

Barbecue can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
