Named after the 14 silver oak trees that grace the estate, it exudes tranquility where architecture and flora beautifully coexist. Inside, elegant interiors combine modern comforts with traditional charm, while large French windows ensure you’re always connected to the outdoors.
Step outside to vibrant manicured gardens adorned with Jasmine creepers, Geraniums, Dwarf Daisies, Portulaca, and seasonal blooms. The scenic setting often witnesses majestic Gaur sightings, adding to its wilderness allure. A calming statue of Buddha meditating under a Bodhi tree captures the soul of the place—peaceful, contemplative, and deeply enchanting.

- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the is a 5 KVA noiseless diesel generator that can support geyser motors and heaters for 24 hours. Additionally there is a 1 KVA UPS that can support all lights and fans.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of bugs due to the villa's location.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and perimeter solar lighting for security purposes. There are fire extinguishers at the premises as well.
- There is one caretaker and 1 chef who live nearby the property and will be available from 8 AM to 9 PM. In case of an emergency, an additional female staff member resides 100 metres away from the property, within the premises.
- There 1 housekeeping staff and a security guard who will be available at all times.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary fibre net enabled Wi-Fi with an ethernet booster. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
