Treks and nature paths are available for those seeking adventure, providing a taste of the wild close to your home. Even if it is colder outside, you will not want to leave because of the cozy atmosphere inside.

be levied. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the battery UPS can provide power backup for 3 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.- Hooka is not allowed as it is illegal per the Tamil Nadu Government norms.
- Please be aware that, bonfire is permitted until 10 PM only due to restrictions imposed by the district administration.
- Check may be denied without the relevant IDs that guests have to presubmit online.
- CCTV cameras capture common and external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the same property premises.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All rates are on a per person, per day basis.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your check-in date.
- Barbecue is available at an additional cost.
- Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
