- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- The last 200 meters leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- No loud music is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM.
- Please note that the CCTV cameras capture the common areas such as living room, game room, dining area and exterior areas such as parking, entrance, lawn and other backside areas of the properties.
- Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.
- Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.
- All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted.
- All rates are on a per person, per day basis.
- Barbecue can also be arranged at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- Guests do have access to the villa kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
