In case of a power outage, the 10 KVA generator can support the entire premises for up to 8 hours.

Additionally, the inverter can support all the lights and fans for up to 12 hours.

Since the location of the villa is secluded, there is a lack of nearby stores or markets.

The caretaker and the chef reside on the premises of the property.

Please note that the game zone will be accessible to the guests at all times.

Please note that the living room and other common areas are not equippedwith an AC given the pleasant weather all year round. Only the bedrooms offer an AC.

Alcohol consumption is allowed.

Smoking is allowed inside the premises of the villa, except for in the bedroom.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

A barbeque meal can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
