Our organically grown lawn, which serves as a kid's playground and a wonderful spot for picnics with loved ones, offers solace in the embrace of thick flora. Our outdoor plunge pool encourages you to take a refreshing plunge while unwinding under Wayanad's alluring sky, sending you into a state of happiness.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.

- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for a couple of hours.
- The generator will not support ACs in the bedrooms.
- All mobile networks except Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external and common areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost on the basis of self-service. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.

Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed.

Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
