The villa's thoughtful design, which combines comfort and elegance, opens out to the natural world from all sides. Enter the expansive grass with a delightful gazebo ideal for leisurely times, or step onto your own balcony to take in the tranquil surroundings.
You are encouraged to calm down and reestablish a connection with your surroundings in the outdoor areas. The living area provides a cozy and welcoming environment for relaxing after a demanding day. Play cards with loved ones or listen to your favorite music on the sound system. Natural light can enter through the large windows, adding to the serene atmosphere.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- There are CCTV cameras installed in and outside the villa for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances for up to 4 hours each.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-accessible property
- We does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
- In case you would like to host an event at the Property, We will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests have access to the villa kitchen for baby food preparations and reheating.
- In case of preparing meals for themselves, guests can access the kitchen at an additional cost.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
