This vacation house is ideal for cooking a delicious BBQ supper Provide an additional cost, wooden flooring, and charming ceiling beams. The poignant deck area, however, is our favorite element and has been reserved for last. At LTS304, awaken to the peaceful dawn and the songbirds' reverberating melody all around you.

- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants i.e. India Gate, Swami's Arya bhavan.
- Consumption of veg and non veg food is allowed at the property.
- The kitchen is not accessible to guests.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
