- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Guests are not permitted to wear shoes inside the villa, slippers will be provided.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to 8 AM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays near the property premises.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of wild animals or insects due to the villa's location in the middle of a jungle.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We recommend not throwing butts around since there is a forest adjacent, and we do not want forest fires!
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- The doors and windows should not be left open because they may bang in the wind and break.

All rates are on a per person, per day basis.

For groups of fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48 hrs prior to the check-in date.

A barbecue grill can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your check-in date.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
