•  Full time Cook available at additional charges
•  Smoking inside the villa is not permitted
•  Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed in the outdoors
•  Couples or family more preferred

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.
• 75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.
• 50% refund will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.
• No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than15 days before the check in date.
• Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund.
• If more than 30% of people get Covid - Credit note for Six months for the same villa at the prevailing rates. (To avail this please share Aadhar card copies of all occupants  at the time of booking.)
