BEDROOMS

- There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. 

- ACs are offered in all the rooms. 

- WIFI is offered in the room on the ground floor.

- Attached bathrooms are offered in 2 of the rooms while the other two rooms have a shared bathroom. 

- 2 rooms have king-sized beds and other 2 rooms have queen-size beds. 

- Balconies are attached to all the rooms. 

 

BATHROOMS

- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 shared and 1 common.

- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries

 

COMMON AREAS

- There are 2 living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the second floor. Guests only have access to the living room on the ground floor.

- The living room on the ground floor seats 12 people.

- It offers a music system and a TV.

- The dining room seats 8 people.

- There are 4 lawns. They do not offer seating arrangements.

- There are 4 balconies with seating for up to 2 people.  

- There is a swimming pool and a kids’ pool.

- The swimming pool is 23x9 ft. in size and 6 ft. in depth.

- The kids’ pool is 15x10 ft. in size and 2 ft. in depth.

 

KITCHEN

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.

- Crockery and cutlery are available.

 

FOOD

- Meals are available at an additional cost.

- Vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2000 per person, per day. Please note that this price is exclusive of taxes.

- For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date.

- The meals will be delivered to the villa. 

- Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Rama Krishna and Santushti.

- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

 

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

 

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, indoor games such as carrom or board games and outdoor games like cricket or badminton. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. 

 

HOME TRUTHS

 

- This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs.

- Incase of a power outage, an inverter is available for backup.

- The walls of the pool are slightly damaged.

- The furniture's upholstery is slightly worn out.

- Guests do not have access to the second floor.

- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.

- Mobile networks such as Vi work fairly well here.

- There is a theatre room which is currently not operational. Guests will not have access to it.

- There are CCTV cameras that capture the kitchen, living areas and poolside for security purposes.
