- There are 4 spacious, well-furnished rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the lower ground floor.

- All rooms offer amenities such as an all-weather AC, Wi-Fi access, extra mattress, wardrobe, and a heater.

- 3 of the rooms have a king-sized bed, whereas the fourth bedroom has a cosy sofa bed.

- 2 of the rooms have a beautiful view of the lawn and the other 2 rooms offer the perfect backdrop of the lush valley.

- 3 of the rooms also offer a separate dressing area and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth room is equipped with a shared bathroom.

- The bedroom on the ground floor also has a bathtub.

- Guests do not have access to the bedrooms in the basement level

BATHROOMS

- There are 3 attached bathrooms, one common bathroom, and one powder room.

- All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

- The attached bathrooms have a separate dressing area and one of the bathrooms also has a bathtub.

KITCHEN

- There are 2 kitchens. However, guests do not have access to the kitchen.

- Guests are allowed to reheat food with the help of the caretaker

- It is equipped with a water purifier, refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD

- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. Kindly inform us of any allergies or special preferences at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date.

- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- Guests do not have access to the kitchens, the rooms and common areas in the basement and on the first floor.

- All-male groups are not allowed.

- Outside food is not allowed. Crockery charges of Rs. 3000 per meal shall be levied in case outside food is consumed at the property.

- This is a pet-friendly property. Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost

- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours.

- All mobile networks work fairly well here.

- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

- The villa is located in a secluded area as this is a standalone property.

- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
